Ricki Heller is an educator, writer, cookbook author, natural/holistic nutritionist, professional recipe developer and anti-candida crusader. She creates recipes for people with dietary restrictions such as with gluten, grains, sugar, dairy, eggs, etc.. She also does one-on-one coaching, online programs and a private membership club.
Ricki started an anti-candida diet in 1999 and has been following an “anti-candida lifestyle” full time since 2009. She enjoys helping people find craft recipes that fit your specific diet, taste incredibly delicious, and allow you to support your healing journey at the same time.
